My cat won't let me sleep
I'm Hilantix, a freelance artist based in the Bahamas. Creating artwork has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. Inspired from animation, games and publications, I knew it was something I could never put down.I’d love to support myself with my passion and works.
TERMS OF SERVICE
By commissioning me you agree to all the terms mentioned below.
GENERAL
+ I reserve the right to decline commission requests.
+ Prices are subject to change due to the complexity or difficulty of the project. Which the client will be informed of before hand.
PAYMENT
+ Requires at least (50%) downpayment before project work started.
+ Payments only accepted through PayPal.
+ Payment is expected within 48 hours of confirmation. Request for commission will be cancelled otherwise.
+ Prices are transaction fee inclusive.
REVISIONS
+ Three (3) minor revisions will be accepted after project completion for no additional cost.
+Â Major changes made after the sketch is approved will incur additional fees.
REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
+ Refunds requested before the project is started will be honored.
+ Refunds requested after project completion will not be honored.
+ Client will be refunded if I cannot fulfill the request due to personal reasons.
USAGE & LICENSE POLICY
GENERAL LICENSE
+ Commissioned work is for personal use only, unless commercial or private rights are discussed.+ As the artist I hold every right to the produced artwork.+ If the client uploads the project, credit is requested via tagging or a link to any of my social platforms.
PRIVATE USAGE
Work will kept and remain unshared.

COMMERCIAL LICENSE
Commercial use referring to commission being used for profit such as products or merchandise.
Starts at +200%
